Acts Initiative

Through Biblical teaching on social justice and relational development God is CHANGING hearts to be passionate about the things that He is passionate about! Acts Initiative Network (A.I.N) encourages local churches in Southern Africa to look within their communities to see how they, as a church, can become involved in ministry that will positively affect children living in extreme poverty. This may be achieved in a number of creative and unique ways, according to a country's or community's need, particular circumstances and the skill set of each local church. A.I.N's major goal is to motivate, encourage and develop the social justice ministry of the local church as they endeavor to assist vulnerable children in their own community. We do not lead, direct or dictate the local church ministry. It is with this approach that we hope to see relevant and sustainable ministries reaching out to vulnerable children in local contexts.

Our focus is on building relationships with local churches, journeying together to discover God's heart for children living in extreme poverty and then prayerfully considering how we can best assist.
