HOW OFFICIAL LOCAL CHURCH PARTNERSHIPS ARE FORMED

Our A.I.N coordinator, Philip Kazhingu, travels over 20,000km each year to various Southern African Churches forming relationships with local church leaders and teaching and preaching on social justice issues. There are three forms of trips taken:

  1. Networking trips involve meeting new church leaders for the first time in various countries and BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
  2. Development trips involve deepening the relationships and understanding of the local church and DEVELOPING MINISTRY
  3. Monitoring and Reporting trips involve more formal discussions on the progress of local church ministry for officially partnered churches in view of MAINTAINING INTEGRITY

It takes, on average, 12 months from first contact to partner with a local church.
